Squarespace Analytics utilizes cookies to provide this service. These are used to track visitor traffic patterns, which allows us to optimize the website experience. Squarespace acts as our service provider, processing this analytics data on our behalf to help us manage and improve our online presence.

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services for us.
(b) Legal and regulatory. We may disclose your information to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, including filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
(c) Business transfers. In connection with any merger, acquisition, business combination, reorganization, or similar transaction involving the Company, your information may be transferred to the surviving or acquiring entity.

We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties.
4. Do Not Track Disclosure
The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals or similar mechanisms. Third-party service providers that we use to collect Usage Data may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you visit the Site.

We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law, including the Company's record-retention obligations as a public reporting company.

9. California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) Disclosures
In accordance with CalOPPA (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 22575–22579):
(a) The categories of personally identifiable information we collect and the categories of third parties with whom we share it are described in Sections 1 and 3 above.
(b) You may review and request changes to your Personal Information by contacting us at the address in Section 8.
(c) We will notify you of material changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the updated policy on the Site with a revised effective date as described in Section 7.
(d) The effective date of this Privacy Policy is stated at the top of this document.
(e) Our Do Not Track disclosure is provided in Section 4.
(f) Third-party collection of information about your online activities is described in Section 4.
(g) Future Applicability of Additional Privacy Laws. The Company monitors its obligations under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA"). If the Company meets the statutory thresholds for CCPA applicability in the future, including in connection with any business combination, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the additional rights and disclosures required under the CCPA.
